1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan.

2. Squeeze sausage meat out of the skins.

3. Unroll puff pastry onto a floured surface.

4. Lay sausage meat in a line down the centre.

5. Roll pastry over to enclose, seal the edge with a fork.
