Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and cut the peppers and onion into strips.

Toss the chicken with fajita spice (or paprika, cumin and a pinch of chilli).

Heat a little oil in a pan over high heat and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through, then set aside.

In the same pan, fry the peppers and onion for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly charred.

Return the chicken and toss everything together for 1 minute.

Warm the tortilla wraps, fill with the chicken and vegetables, and top with salsa.
