Instructions

Cook the rice according to the packet and keep it warm.

Grate the ginger and heat a wok or large pan over high heat with a little oil.

Sear the beef strips for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.

Add the stir fry vegetables and ginger and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.

Return the beef, pour in the soy sauce and toss for 1 minute.

Serve over the rice.
