Instructions

Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and a splash of milk and season.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and carrot and fry until softened.

Add the beef mince and brown it, breaking it up as it cooks.

Stir in the beef stock and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened, then season.

Spoon the mince into an oven dish and spread the mash on top.

Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes until golden on top.
