Instructions

Whisk the flour, eggs and milk into a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little butter or oil.

Pour in a ladle of batter and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
